Fiesta Pantalones may be new, but the obsession behind it isn’t.

It started over thirty years ago with a single taste of Bajan hot sauce — Lottie’s Yellow Hot Pepper Sauce — and a realization that flavor could be bold, exciting, and downright addictive.

That spark turned into late nights, crackers slathered in hot sauce and mayo, and a constant hunt for the next great bite. Before long, searching became experimenting, and experimenting became creating.

These sauces have been simmering in the background for decades. Now, it’s time to share them.

The name Fiesta Pantalones comes from my daughter’s nickname for her husband — a reminder not to take life too seriously and to enjoy it while you can. That spirit runs through everything we make.

Our goal is simple: create sauces where flavor comes first. Some hot. Some not. All made to be enjoyed with good food, good people, and a little fun.
