Fiesta Pantalones is a new company, but one that has been around for a long time.

This passion project got its start over thirty years ago with my first taste of a Bajan hot sauce - Lottie's Yellow Hot Pepper Sauce. This morphed into a late night, hot sauce and mayo on crackers obsession. Constantly, looking for the next new taste; I began creating different recipes. I'm going to share them, starting now.

The name. It comes from my daughter's nickname for her husband. It's all about living the best life! My goal is to create products where the flavour shines. Some Hot. Some Not. I hope you enjoy them. Thank you for your support. Live your best life!
